La Ceiba, Where to live, what to do, where to eat???

I'm a Honduran national and had lived in Texas for almost 30 years. I came back in 05 and have worked in the best beach resort communities from Tela to Trujillo. This area is where a lot of Canadians and Americans are starting to live the dream of living in Honduras.
