Hello,
My wife and I have been to Roatan twice to dive and really love it. I am 62 and could retire tomorrow except for insurance (2 time cancer survivor so that's kind of a big deal). My wife is only 55 and is a dental hygienist. We were wondering if she would be able to find part time work as a hygienist. We have been considering buying a house and renting it most of the year until I could move full time, what is a realistic expectation occupancy of a rental? Thanks for any insights you might have.
