New to Roatan

We are a retired couple just recently moved to Roatan and arrived July 16. We are currently renting a suite and in the midst of trying to find a house. We are needing help in finding Health Insurance and house insurance and how to go about getting it, where to go and meet expats, find good restaurants, etc. Hope someone can help us out.
