My wife and I are considering moving to Honduras in the very near future from the U.S. Any information, pro and con, would be greatly appreciated. Some areas we are looking for information are; cost of living, employment, how safe it is to live there, and are there any requirements for foreigners to purchase a home?
How do we become legal citizens? Or can we remain U.S. citizens?
Are there any restrictions for non citizens? Such as employment, gun ownership,
any restrictions pertaining to living there?
Is it easy to assimilate if we speak very little Spanish?
I am sure I am forgetting many questions regarding moving to Honduras, so any information is very much appreciated
