Health insurance and bus passes

As I have dual citizenship and plan on moving to Budapest in 2022 and being 60 can I get Hungarian health insurance or d I need to purchase said insurance? Also bus passes do seniors get a discount ? Or is it free. Please let me know thanks Julie Nagy
