I, Kristien Palmaers, work for an international mystery shopping company, Bare Associates International (www.baiservices.com) with offices in the USA and Belgium. For a project I'm urgently searching for 2 people in Iceland who wants to visit 2 retail stores in Reykjavic or Kopavogur as a mystery shopper for our company.
What is Mystery Shopping? Mystery Shoppers are people who visit various shops (clothing, restaurants, hotels and etc.) acting as potential customers. The only difference between a real customer and a Mystery Shopper is that Mystery Shopper gets an opportunity to tell about the service he/she has received and in this way to improve the customer service. Also mystery Shoppers are paid for shopping!
The mystery shop contains a visit to a clothing store in Reykjavic and one in Kopavogur. The shopper's task will be to visit the store, to show interest in a particular item and interact with the sales assistant. No purchase is required. After the visit the shopper will need to complete an online questionnaire at our website. We will pay 20 euro for each evaluation. So 40 euro in total when the shopper has visited the 2 stores.
We are searching for a girl and a boy between 18 and 25 years old because this is the targetgroup of the store.
