I have been married to an Indonesian woman for 6 years.
I have aquired property in Lombok under my wifes name.
I was not aware/informed regarding a prenuptial agreement.
Whilst being married and seperated, She sold all of thish property, slept with her lawyer twice and adopted our daughter illegally from her biological parents...and registered the child with the South African Embassy in Jakarta. She now claims that she has a legal letter from the biological parents. i have proof that she and her lawyers assistant tried to bribe the judge and prosecutor in Lombok. What can I do to retrieve half of the assets I bought which she sold without my written permission? Thank you kindly.
