Hi Guys,

I'm moving abroad so I'm going to rent out my apartment in Jakarta:


A. WHERE

- Green Palace Apartment, Kalibata City
- Address: Jl. Kalibata Raya No.1, Jakarta 12000
- 10 minutes from central Jakarta and Inner Circle Freeway
- Kalibata is in the border of Central and South Jakarta
- There's a train station next to the apartment, 24 hours taxi, bus and ojek etc, you can commute easily
- Tower: Tulip (favorite tower, just in front of the street, restaurant, Alfamart + ATM on the lobby)
- 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom
- 21st Floor (great view)
- City View (you can see Gatot Soebroto street and those gorgeous lightnings from the room)
- 36m2


B. WHAT

Full furnished, 2 bedrooms
The design is minimalist style, very comfortable.

Furnished including:
- wood parquet floor
- 1 bathroom with new, clean ceramics
- 1 big bed in main room (fit for 2)
- 1 (2+1) bed in second room (fit for 2)
- 2 big cupboards + dressing table for both rooms
- 1 big kitchen set (with lots of saving space)
- 1 sofa bed (fit for 2, in case your friends/family want to come over)
- 1 big shoes rack
- 1 big books rack
- 1 fur carpet

Electronics including:
- 2 power safe AC
- 1 washing machine
- 1 flat screen TV
- 1 DVD
- 1 refrigerator
- 1 rice cooker
- 1 oven
- (i might consider adding water heater if needed)

Other stuffs provided:
- bed linens (including very comfy bedcovers and pillows for both rooms)
- cooking stuffs (frying pans, boiling pans, utensils, etc)
- cutlery (plates, glasses, spoons, knifes, etc)
- some jars to put your cookies

Other facilities from the apartment you can get for free:
- swimming pool
- gym
- tennis court
- basketball court
- jogging track (soon)

YOU DON'T NEED OTHER THINGS TO BRING HERE BUT YOUR CLOTHES

Rent Cost ONLY:
- $390 per month (for 1 year contract)
- $400 per month (for 6 months contract)
+ $200 deposit (will be given back at the end of contract)
Including: maintenance fee
Excluding: water & electricity
Minimum rental period: 6 months

YOU WON'T GET ANY APARTMENT THIS CHEAP AND COMPLETE IN JAKARTA
AND THERE'S NO AGENT NEEDED, I'M THE OWNER!
