Undergrad in Ireland

I've always wanted to go to school in Ireland. I've been seriously looking at UCD and Maynooth but I'm unsure of my chances in getting in. I have a 3.0 GPA and I got a 1590 on the SATs. I'm involved in 3 clubs and two sports. I'm also from the United States if that makes any difference in requirements. Does anyone know if my chances of getting in are good or bad? Also, are there any other schools in Ireland I should look at?
