we a family of 5, are planning a move to Kerry Co. from the U.S., and we are hoping someone can answer our questions. It's very much appreciated
1) we were wondering if they require referalls & a credit checks to let a house as they do in the US?
2) is it difficult to find a house to let with a very large dog?
