This is Rohit & I am expecting an offer from a telecom company in Dublin, Ireland very soon...
I would be moving to Dublin hopefully by end of April'14 with my small family i.e my wife & my 5 yrs son.
I need a very important information & advice from you all regarding the below concerns
1) My new company would be applying a green card for me soon , now my concern is that when would be the green card for my family would be applied & issues? Will my company apply for a green card for my family together with my Green card application or once I get the green card, I will have to come to Ireland 1st & then I would be initiating for the green card for my family ?
2) How long would it take for my company to get a GREEN CARD issued for me ?
3) How long will it take to get a Green card for my family
4) Most importantly, regarding the education of my Son, who has completed LKG & is now eligible for admission to Senior Kinder Garten i.e UKG... I have heard that new sessions starts from September but the registration starts from Feb for the govt/public scools as per your catchment area i.e address of residence in Ireland ...( I know we can only apply to near by schools around our residence area ).... Now if I landup in Ireland by May'14 then how to get admission for my son in UKG in any govt/public school?? Do they consider transfer case with any sympathy ? Or Can I book/reserve a seat in advance while being in other country ?
5) How much is the fee of private school otherwise ? how easy is to get admission ? When should I try to register?
