Tricare in Ireland

Hello, my American husband and I are moving back home in the summer of 2015. My husband is retired from the US Army and we have Tricare Prime medical insurance. Has anybody used Tricare in Ireland? If so can you please tell me how it worked out for you? Also does anybody know if there are clubs/groups for retired US Military in Ireland?
