Ireland's Justice Ministry Wants Your Comments...

...so it says here:

http://www.justice.ie/en/JELR/Pages/Consultation-on-Statement-of-Strategy-2016-2019

If you've wanted to spill your guts about how you feel on the subject of Irish immigration law, here, apparently, is your chance. But not for long, there's only a few days remaining to get your voice heard!

Mind you, the Justice Ministry has many, MANY different departments besides our friends at INIS, their immigration arm, so should you take advantage of their offer to comment, I wouldn't expect any personal phone calls from the Minister on your insightful suggestions. But, who knows? It's a small country, and, as usual, this offer to 'consult' on their strategy has apparently been up on their website for weeks, with no publicity....so who knows? You might be the first!

I might also suggest that you take a moment to read last year's strategy plan, which (I think) you'll find on the page link. It will give you a look into the Ministry's group-think....

Good luck; please write clearly, concisely, and in a positive tone; we don't want them to get the wrong impression about us!
