Housing Prices Are Up.... Supposedly

.... but there still seems to be a lot of fine deals beyond the cities. Out in the wild, wild West of Ireland, beyond the Pale, I haven't noticed any huge increase in prices nor drop in properties for sale. I'm retired and not looking for investments, but.... damn, I see opportunities. In my town of Ballinrobe, Mayo, there's a three story commercial building in a prime location for €50K. I could spend half of that building a garage for the house.... oh, well...
