Job Prospects after Grad School

I received an offer to attend grad school in Dublin next fall (2018) in an engineering program. I have accepted the offer and plan to live and work in Ireland once I graduate. Ireland allows graduates to stay in the country for 12 months to find a job, but I am worried about how difficult it may be to find a job. Specifically, I will be pursuing a career in the pharma industry after having worked for 4 years as a chemical engineer in the US. Does anyone (non-EU) have any experience with finding a job after grad school? Thanks!
