24 year old lookin to relocate

Hi everyone. I am a 24 year old who is looking to move to Ireland for a few years or maybe forever. I currently live in the United States and so far it seems impossible to move there. I don’t really have any particular experience with jobs. I also have a lot of bills to pay so I don’t have a lot of money saved up. Where should I start?
