wanting to move to Ireland

Hi,I am currently in South Africa working as a Senior Retail Manager wanting to relocate to the Ireland.

I understand that I dnt need a Visa from South Africa to Ireland however I am not sure if it would be possible for me look for a job if I come to visit for 3 months.

I am planning to visit in the next 2 months but not too sure if it will be the right move to get a job in that particular manner.

Please advise.
