I recently received my Irish citizenship through the foreign birth registry. I have dual citizenship with the US. My husband of 39 years is a US citizen. We want to retire to Ireland, a rural area. We need to learn about health care options, spouse's visa information, public transportation info and tax info. Also I'm interested in Ireland's Emergency Management system and artist/writer tax options. Thanks.
