Cell Phone Usage in Ireland with US Clients

Hi all, I'm a self employed who just got Irish citizenship and am moving to Ireland in April. For those of you who live in Ireland but still have US clients, what kind of cell phone arrangement worked best for you? Did you keep your US phone and get another phone for Ireland? Trying to figure out logistics. Thanks!
