Irish citizen in Vietnam, want to set up business in Ireland

I'm an Irish citizen, but I've been living in Vietnam the past few years.

I set up an online business in the past 12 months. It started small but it's growing now and I want to register as an Irish business.

Can anyone advise me on what the first steps would be? I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff.
