Middle Age Woman, Dublin Area?

Hello, I am planning on moving to Dublin in Spring/Summer of 2023. I am 50, single, come with a dog, and moving from Los Angeles, so used to quite and urban area yet with easy access to parks etc, as well as lots of indie coffee shops etc. I am curious which area you would recommend I look. So far I like Phibsboro but wasn't sure if it was all students (totally fine, but I don't ALWAYS want to be the oldest person in the room), Ranelagh and Portobello.
