Ulpan with b1 visa?

Hello all! I recently moved to Israel I've been here 8 months. I should get my 3 year visa next month. How can I get involved with ulpan to learn Hebrew? Is I free with the b1 visa? I am not Jewish. I live in the Kfar Saba area, I don't mind light travel. Please help with any advice thanks :)
