Business expenses before moving

Hi all,

we are planning to move to Israel in the summer. I'm going to be self employed.
My question is if I will be able to deduct on my Israeli tax return business expenses that I incurred before registering in Israel as self-employed. I was thinking on buying things I need for my business in the US before moving.
Doe you have any tips for a good website about taxes for self employed (Hebrew or English)?
