basic salary - 12,750 basic salary + 2500 NIS global overtime. A total of 15,000Gross
? (Basic salary divided by 182).
Travel to work: will be paid based on the employees place of residence and
according to company procedures
Vacation: 16 days a year.
Illness: Accumulation by law-1.5 days per month (18 per year), utilization on the
basis of an existing balance; payment-Starting from the first day on the basis of
presenting a sick certificate. It is the employee's responsibility to open a health fund
in Israel and pay the cost for opening it. Health insurance is conditional on the
fulfillment of a health declaration by the employee and at the companys discretion
to the receiving insurance company and under its responsibility.
Training fund: Full, after 3 months of work, for employee selection.
Pension fund / managers: Depending on the employees choice, after 3 months
retro.
General - For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that grants, supplements or other
benefits that the employee will receive, if he receives, will not be taken into account
for pension and / or study fund deposits and / or for calculating severance pay, early notice, annual leave, sick pay, etc.
