Moving to Milan - looking for furniture etc..

My husband and I are moving to Milan at the end of April. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good school for learning Italian. Also, we are looking for wardrobes for our bedrooms. Does anyone know of an expat in Milan that is looking to get ride of theirs or where we can buy some affordable ones? We are also interested to hear of any appliances or furniture that you might want to sell. Thanks for your help!
