having a baby in Monza (Milan), Italy

I'm an expat living in Monza (Milan), Italy and I've recently found out while I was visiting in the US that I am 7 weeks pregnant. I don't have a doctor here in Monza and my Italian is horrendous! I am hoping that someone would be able to help me out with the following info...any English speaking doctors in the Monza - Milan area, how is prenatal care/doctor's visits here as opposed to the US, any advice you can give me...this is my first baby. Also I've heard that they don't use epidurals here. Please tell me this isn't true! Thanks!
