Teaching English in Italy?

Hello All:
I'm curious to know if anyone has any information/advice about teaching English in Italy. A friend of mine taught English at the fac in Nice, France for 2 years and I was looking for something similar in Italy. In Nice, prior teaching experience was not a requirement and neither was EU work permit. I'd be looking for the same in Italy. Any suggestions on where to look would be much appreciated. I'm looking to go for Fall 2004 for a year or so.
