Hotels/Gasthoefe in Rom

Does anyone on this list know of any reasonably priced (around 80 Euros for a single) hotels or Gasthoefe in Rom? I will be arriving 18 May and will stay 2-3 days only. I prefer one where at least someone speaks either English or German. Thank you.
