Moving to Italy from Ireland - is it difficult?

Hi

My husband whos italian, from Turin would like us to move to Turin. I am irish and a little bit aprehensive about moving, can you give me advice on what to expect. I don't speck italian, but have the TEFL course - would it be hard for me to find work?
