vacation home exchange

I am interested in an exchange of homes for vacationing. We have a home in Beaufort, South Carolina, USA - a small antebellum resort town near the coast.

In exchange, we are looking for the use of a vacation home in Italy. We are most interested in Umbria and Tuscany, but would consider other areas of Italy.

We would be interested in longer stays - perhaps 6 months to a year exchange, in several years.

Does anyone know the best way to go about finding other interested parties?
