English speaking psychologists/counselors in Lucca area?

Hello everyone. I am really happy to have found this forum. I am an American living in Italy with my Italian fiance, waiting on our first baby. There have definitely been some cultural clashes and general relationship kinks that need to be worked out. It is a long, long story how we met and what brought us to this point, and is wonderful and beautiful in many ways, but we do need some help. I have googled and googled and cannot seem to find any English speaking counselors. We live in Viareggio (LU)- we are near Lucca and Pisa. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should look? Thanks!
