CAN I USE MY LLC FROM HERE TO BE PAID FROM A COMPANY THERE

Can an Italian company pay me via my LLC? I have a consulting business here in NYC .. if I stay in Italy and a company there wants to use my service, can they simply write a check to my LLC instead of to me? I plan to reside in Brescia for a few months and then come back home and return to a different region .. I will work with different wine producers, helping their staff to be more proficient with conversational English (i hope) ..
