fine arts academies and design schools in Italy

Hello.
I'm interested in learning fine arts (painting, drawing), design (printing) and advertisement (photography, printing) in Italy.
Now I examine academies, schools and universities in 3 largest Italian cities - Rome, Milan, Turin.
(Reasons: it's more simple to find part-time job there and I like cultural night life.)

But maybe you can tell me any good reasons why I should examine academies etc in small cities and towns?
The only plus I see now in small cities is the cost of living. But maybe there are some academies etc that are better than in large cities?
Please, give some advice if you know.

And else one questions. Where can I take the FULL list of Italian art academies etc. This list should contain some ratings and admission info.
