Notarial Acts

Notarial Acts (e.g. “deed of sale for buying property”) and the advantages of having a Lawyer as Power of Attorney or legal counsel when representing foreign nationals

There are two distinct advantages to be gained by conferring Power of Attorney to your lawyer when stipulating Notarial Acts: a) proper checks of the legal effects of the documents being signed; b) notable cost savings. With regards to a) the presence of your lawyer as POA or legal counsel ensures that the Notarial Act is more complete than when simply guaranteed by the Notary, according to the law. With regards to b) your lawyer can stipulate the Act by appointing a Trusted Notary, thereby obtaining savings in fees, especially, as in the case when appointing a Notary of a small cities rather than one from the big cities.
