I'm 13 weeks pregnant and having a baby in genoa can anyone help!!!!

Hi, i am from the uk and my partner is italian...we recently found out whilst on holiday in the uk that i am 13 weeks pregnant. My partner has returned to Italy for work and we have recently bought a house there..... i wanted my first scan in england as i cannot speak italian. does anyone know of english speaking midwives or doctors in Genoa?? As my partner has to work away alot it means he won't be able to come to all the appointments and i am very concerned and i have heard alot of horror stories!! If anyone can help or suggest a good hospital would be much appriciated we live in Sori, Genoa!!! thank you
