moving to Palermo with my daughter

My partner is from Palermo, and as we have recently gotten engaged it is time I made the move. However I have a 14 year old daughter who does not speak Italian. I have been trying to find information about an international school in Palermo but there doesn't seem to be any for her age group. How difficult would it be for her to start in the standard education system, or does anyone know of any international schools in Palermo.
