Husband going to school, what can I do?

My husband (both Americans) will be getting his masters in Italy next year. I want to move with him while he does this, but don't know how to do it. Are there spousal visas which would let me work. How would I get a work visa? I don't care what kind of job I get, I just want to be able to do something. I can't seem to find anything online. Would someone at the Italian embassy be able to help? Thanks!
