THE BEST WAY TO SELL MY HOUSE

Hi,
i do love Italy, especially spring and summer,and even winter if the snow is good for skiing.I have been going backwards and forwards to the UK for many years,and now settled in the Lucca area, were I have two houses. I wish to sell one house that I have owned for 25 years. Can anybody suggest the best way? The local agents, seem rather sleepy! I also have a lot of antique furniture, paintings etc,as I am not relocating, these are surplus to requirements. Any ideas?
