education in Italy,

Hello all,

I am from India and planning to move to Italy as a student and work, ( after finishing my studies) I want to know about the education system , schools, fees, and the visa requirements , I have in the past applied myself to a few University's in Sweden, Denmark, but I am unable to understand Italian bologna education system and visa formalities plz help, also I would like to know how is the economy there, getting part time jobs, and do they speak English

I do have lots of questions but plz need answers.
