A U.S.-specific topic -- sorry all others. For U.S. retirees with dual citizenship living full-time in Italy, Medicare part A (hospital coverage) is a given. But if you are covered by the Italian health system, is it still wise to take Part B (routine U.S. care) and supplemental coverages for co-pays and drugs? The U.S, just assumes you'll never leave to live overseas and this information is hard to come by. And the U.S does not allow using medicare overseas. Is there anyone in this forum who had to address this?
