moving to Italy

Need tips and info on moving to Italy. I plan to move to Positano area. I've been visiting annually for a while and I think it may just be time to make the move. I'm retired and enjoy the pace in Positano. I live in rural area now and do not want to move to a busy big city. I've sailed all my life and want to be near water.

I'm not sure how to begin a search for housing - reliable sources etc.

I'm gathering the serious info right now - paperwork, insurance info, and visa info.

Any info, tips, ideas, will be greatly appreciated.
