Thinking of moving to italy from UK

North of italy (Udine) sounds fantastic as a place to live, the sea the mountains etc etc but what are the drawbacks I need to be aware of?

How can i find an intense italian course there to improve my skills quickly?

What's the best way for a tourist to find a good job there?

Any other advice would be appreciated... my boyfriend is italian so we are thinking of leaving the UK for italy. but i just need to go in with my eyes open!
