School in Italy

So, I am currently a dual enrolled student, who studied abroad in Italy over the summer, mainly in Rome and Florence. I loved both cities and would like ot go to college in either. I was wondering, from an expats point of view, what colleges are best in that area? I feel like I would need to be somewhere with English lectures atleast for the first year, but I am very confident that if I immerse myself in the language for a year that I will become fluent, given that I am already fluent in Spanish and it is very similar. Any comments are appreciated! Thank you!
