Moving to Italy from US

My family (husband, 4 children) are moving to Italy around July 2014. We are open to any advice from fellow expats. We are looking in the Marche region. Looking for long term (6 month - year) lease on at least 3 bdr/2ba residence if anyone out there has rentals or knows of any.
