pension for residents (not citizens)

Hello, this question is dealing with pension for residents (not citizens) living and work in Italy.
Assuming I have been working as self employed for the last 10 years paying my share to INPS (casse) as requested by law.

Question 1: I understand that the age of retirement in italy is around 65, nevertheless it also requires 20 years of contribution. what law apply to the a person working only for 10 years?

Question 2: (which I understand is tricky, so you can disregard it if you wish) - Assuming my contribution to INPS was X yearly , what would be a general estimation of the return pension after 10 years.
