Planning of moving to Rome

Hello!
My name is James, i am a recent high school graduate 18 years old and also hoping to move to Rome which home to my family, including my cousins, aunts, uncles, grandmother, and mother.
I have been to Rome many times in my life and i would consider it like my second home, i love when we come over during summers and i am highly thinking about requesting either dual citizenship or citizenship through family.
I know what you must be thinking, so young just graduated high school, recently turned 18???!!!!! But yes this is ultimately what i want to do, i want to take classes online, and get a job in the city i practically spent my summers in and all the memories it's just calling me now that i have a chance i want to take it. Why not? i mean i'm starting my adult life and i want to spend my adult hood living in Rome, the eternal city!

I am wondering what most of you have done in this preparation, what i should do to get a job, ect
