Paying my electric bills

Hi,

Hoping someone can help. I own two properties in Sicily but am currently in the US. I am trying to find a way to pay my electric bills online thru the electric company website Enel.it but have found it can only be paid with a credit card issued from Italy. Tried to set it up to be paid thru my bank account in Italy however they require a form to be completed and sent to them. The form was sent to the properties however I am not there to retrieve it Does anyone have any suggestions? This is very frustrating as I did not think I would have this problem if I set up my account online and can view my bills.
