Trying to sell a house in Italy.

10 years ago
I bought and renovated a XII century villa in the Molise province. The three flats are now up for sale - first two that sell, I keep the third as my own! I have tried to market them for the past 6 months but am not getting exposure.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
