Looking for Apple/Sheep area in Northern Italy.

Want to Semi-retire in Northern Italy. Currently a farmer in Colorado, USA. Will be in Northern Italy in September and want to start looking for property there. Need reliable Realty contacts, and cheap BnB's or will consider staying in a family home with one room and two beds for two older ladies. We are willing to do farm chores and fix evening meals as part of our stay.
Looking for 4-8 ha of land. Any suggestions as to towns or farmer contacts would also be helpful.
