Auto Insurance Italy

Hello! I have my American car with original plates in Italy. Long story but I can't register the car here because I can't seem to get a COC (certificate of conformity) from Ford. I've had insurance coverage with Clements/Italsure for years. I've been informed by the carrier that the Third Party carrier AIG is pulling out of Italy. I enjoyed doing business with Clements because it was all covered under one policy. Is there anyone else dealing with this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions for auto insurance in Italy for a foreign car with foreign plates? Thanks for the help!
